• Preparing scope of works and job packs within the discipline. MTO and material requisition for civil and steelwork materials and other bulk items • Familiar with specifications, standard drawings, design criteria, Kazakh design codes and standards (SNiP RoK, GOST), and International codes (AISC, ACI), (BS, EN). • Carry out structural analysis and design calculations for steel and concrete structures such as equipment/building/pipe/cable tray foundations, equipment steel supports, access platforms, pipe and cable tray supports, pipe racks, etc. Prepare excel spreadsheets for structural engineering calculation • Review and provide technical solutions to site engineering query (SEQ) • Prepare project Civil/Structural Engineering CTR’s • Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within the company engineering disciplines and client

• Preparing MTO to raise material requisition for civil, structural steelwork materials and other bulk items • Review and comment project civil and structural steelwork drawings, vendor documents • Ensure that project design packages comply with Company Specifications and other applicable national and international standards • Preparing scope of works within the discipline • Ensure that materials used in the fabrication and construction complies with Company Specifications and requirements • Provide technical support to site construction groups • Review and provide technical solutions to site engineering query (SEQ) • Civil, structural and infrastructure as-built drawings review • Civil and structural engineering calculation review • Participation in project weekly meeting and coordinate work with other disciplines such as piping, mechanical and electrical. • Preparing instruction to contractor (ITC) for additional works not included in scope of work.

• FEED and Detailed design • Familiar with client specifications, standard drawings, design criteria, Kazakh design codes and standards (SNiP RoK, GOST), and American codes (AISC, ACI) • Carry out structural analysis and design calculations for steel and concrete structures such as equipment and building foundations, pipe and cable tray support foundations, equipment support structures, access platforms, pipe and cable tray supports, pipe racks, pits, anchor blocks, flare stack foundations, launcher/receiver foundations, etc • Make spreadsheets in excel for civil/structural engineering calculation Review vendor document/information • Material takes-off preparation • Produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Designers/Drafters • Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within Civil/Structural Engineering group and with other engineering disciplines • Oversee and review high quality design documentation including sketches, drawings, calculations, and reports.

• Design steel and reinforced concrete structures and prepare shop drawings • Use project specifications, standard drawings, design criteria, and Kazakh design codes and standards (SNiP RoK, GOST) • Field supervision • Carry out quality control of anticorrosion paint, fireproofing for steel structures • Preparing check lists for paint thickness of steel frame elements • Carry out quality control of reinforced concrete structures • Preparation of As-built drawings • Provide technical support to site construction engineers

• Carry out structural design calculations such as simple steel truss, column and isolated foundations • Engineering structural steel and concrete structures, prepare drawings • Use Russian design codes and standards (SNiP and GOST) • Coordinate work with Architects, Piping Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Owners to develop integrated solutions.
