I am a chemical engineer, who has just finished masters at Leeds University and previously done my undergraduate degree at the Kazakh National University. Over the course of my first year, I have been particularly successful at writing up reports in a concise manner and I have also been a proactive team member and team leader in group projects. So I have gained work experience in the University of Leeds working as a lab assistant in the school of process and chemical engineering. Throughout 11 months of my part time work experience I managed to become more disciplined at work place, understood deeper the mechanism of reactions and improves my skills at literature review and proof reading. Besides this, in terms of my future prospects, I have always been passionate about working within the research and development sector. I believe my strong points such as writing technical reports and working effectively within a group gives me an advantage. I look forward to creating new innovative products with a team of professional engineers and scientists. Seeing a product I have worked on with other professionals on shelves will be a very rewarding experience
