Work description: • Quality control and inspect of civil and architectural works; • Searching and liaising with Client, working with regulatory authorities; • Technical, administrative assistance to the departments; • Coordinate in management of construction and erection works; • Formation and management of the team; • Assist to quality control, as-built documentations, incoming material receiving trainings and TBM; • Control and assist of sampling of aggregates, concrete and etc. materials for testing in the laboratory; • Supervising and submitting test reports; • Monitor and supervise the work of the laboratory; • Control and assist to Internal finishing works; door, window, floor and roof installation; • Be responsible of Incoming inspection of materials; • Compliance control according to designs, standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:    Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives. Observe for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards. Participate in Behavioural Based Safety (BBS). Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and trades personnel. Compliance with Ethics policies. Adheres to Project Execution Procedures. Verification and monitoring of contractor and sub-contractors’ quality control activities. Verify compliance to Project Quality Plan, specifications, and standards. Monitor and verify WPS, PQR and welder qualification tests. Monitor progress of all quality, inspection and testing activities against contractor and sub-contractor ITP’s.  Monitor process controls for Painting/Coating, welding and NDE of all steel work fabrication. Provide direct interfaces and inputs with Welding Engineer and NDE Specialist. Ensure all QC procedures and process controls are being implemented within all areas of the site and project. Provide technical competence and quality/inspection verification of work conformance to Project requirements. Liaise with client and RA to coordinate ITP activities in accordance with documented and planned requirements. Review and verify manufacturing records for accuracy including weld records, weld maps and as built drawings. Monitor implementation of company, project, and sub-contract HSE policies and procedures. Provide weekly, fortnightly progress reports. Contribute inputs into the QC Module Team. Perform any other tasks as required by the discipline QC Supervisor.

Client’s representative in Quality Control implementation of the Future Growth Project (Control & Power) in Tengiz. Quality control inspectors for Civil, Structural, & Architectural works of the Control & Power Package of the Project. Represented the Client in QA/QC works, in full coordination with construction team. Performed quality control inspection as per Contractor’s Notification For Inspection (NFI), and commented/approved/rejected QC inspections in a timely manner not to delay the project. Ensured that Contractor complied with project quality requirements for the following scope of works in C&P area: Earthworks – Excavation/Backfill/Mass Fill & Gravel Paving, Reinforced concrete, Foundation and erection works for OHPL Tower, installation of Fiber optics poles including architectural. Recommended standard acceptable solutions to quality issues thereby avoiding deviations from the requirements of the project drawings and specifications, and eliminating possible rectification works/corrective actions. Conducted regular site surveillance and prepared Surveillance Report/Non-Conformance Report, as required. Prepared Daily Inspection Report to keep the management informed.

Pouring of precast concrete structures (cover slabs; hydrant supports; road slabs) and preparing passports for them. • General: Quality control of construction and installation works; compliance with technical regulations, construction rules and regulations, technical specifications and construction practices; quality control of materials and items, their conformance with the specified requirements. Carrying out of inspection of buildings and facilities during construction period and upon its completion. Monitoring the performance and overall progress of construction inspection to ensure adherence to the quality control program. Control of subcontractor, maintenance records and further submission to Client. Assists and verify construction activities if works done according to approved drawing and project specification requirements and inform client QC thru NFI for final inspection. Extensive track record of supervising construction activities within Tengiz Field area and Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
