Обязанности:
- Maintain flow of information between management and key internal and external stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure integrity and timely performance of production-related operations and maintenance (O&M) activities. Oversee integrated execution and quality plans, approvals, budgets, systems and procedures.
- Ensure legal, contractual, and external and internal regulatory compliance.
- Make sure human resources, goods and services are procured in accordance with company contracting and procurement strategies. Help develop strategies covering bid packages, tendering plans, evaluations and selections, and recommendations regarding the basis for award of contracts and services orders.
- Maintain O&M personnel competency assurance and training plans. Set project and individual objectives for personnel. Communicate resources needed and assist in staffing.
- Ensure operational risks are quantified and mitigated. Maintain and close risk register, and provide direction for Emergency Response Plans and associated procedures.
- Manage service quality measurement and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Report on the progress and performance of work; present to industry bodies, customers, stakeholders and other parties as required.
- Focused taskforce to accelerate PE opportunities
- Sizing and screening of early opportunities
- Support Pilot Phase execution where needed
- Manage database of opportunities & prioritise
- Assist sales to submit technical proposals
- Digital & cross-div opportunities upscaling
- Manage the overall Task Force objectives
- Manage & plan for resources within the team depending on needs
- Close communication between Divisions (D&I, RP, PS) to ensure alignment
- Monthly updates on progress of PE opportunities and projects in basin
- Provide technical guidance & leadership on PE activities
- Set up and agree aligned KPIs for team members
- Assuring on APS Technical Governance adoption
- Any other matters related to the task force objectives
